This is Notion - if you’ve never used it before, no worries - this is simply a guide for you as you do edits and need assets from me. It works a lot like a website but if you are comfortable using it further, I can give you access to add comments and notes to the video pages themselves.

Quick background: I am restarting my channel after a long hiatus. I have been on Youtube since 2012. It was my full time income for two years but after I had kids, I let it fizzle out.

My goal in 2025 is one long form video with 5 short form content pieces per week. I would love to work with an editor that can do this with me over the long run.

𝟎𝟏 Brand Guide

In the Brand Guide, you can find my logo, fonts and colors to use however you see fit for these edits. This will also give you an idea of what my brand is all about.

NOTION

• Nora will outline, script and add editing notes to each content piece. You will be given view-only access to these content pieces for now.
• Nora will update with the final version and add data 24hrs, 7 days and 30 days after publish.
• You will use this to review the purpose of the content, check for edit notes and get an idea of how to approach the content </aside>

FRAME.IO

• Nora will upload the A-Roll and share folders with B-Roll in here as a way to keep projects organized and easily transfer files. You will be added to the account after our trial period.
• You can download integrations to make upload/download seamless.
• You should upload the final content piece here once completed. </aside>

SLACK / NOTION

• If you prefer Slack, Nora will send a message with the Notion link, Frame.io link and then a thread can be used to discuss edits or ask questions as needed.
• If you’d prefer to be notified in Notion, I will assign the content to you with all relevant frame.io links included. Once you are done, you will change the status for me to review (I’ll provide directions on how to do this).

For this test project, I will send everything via email.
