While you can add logs directly into this database, I recommend instead, tracking them using the “Daily journal” template in your primary area. This way you can journal and track moods and easily see how they pair with your day.
To customize what you want to track, simply change the name of each/any of the 8 habits below. If you’re planning to add or remove a habit, you’ll need to adjust the formula in the “Progress” property to divide the total number of habits you want to track (the default is 8). You will also need to follow the same format for adding additional habits.
