This checklist is meant to help you prep for a new week. We like to do these on Saturday evenings before the week begins. Not every item gets done in one day, but this can be a great starting point if you’ve never done a reset day before. - [ ] Review your personal and professional goal to ensure that there is at least 1 action item on each goal

*Every month we plan one day where that person gets the entire day with no responsibilities. They don’t have to cook, clean, care for kids, pets, or errands - they get to do whatever they want.
It's a day to reset emotionally and physically from everyday responsibilities. Even if you aren't married, I highly recommend doing this with a friend or family member.*
